Shipping Policy

We ship our Drippy kits nationally with Australia Post and offer FREE standard shipping for orders over $50. For orders under $50 we offer standard postage for a flat rate of $10. Express delivery is a flat fee of $15 for all orders.

All orders are processed and shipped from the Gold Coast, QLD within 1-2 business days. Please be aware that postage timeframes may vary and are dictated by Australia Post. Please note that selecting Express Post will not speed up the processing time of your order, only the time Australia Post takes to deliver your parcel.

We do offer standard international postage at a flat rate of $30, globally. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for paying any taxes or duties incurred on international orders.

The customer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred due to unnsuccessful deliveries. In the event that a delivery is not claimed and is sent back to us, we will refund your purchase, less delivery fee.
